Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly, evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions, helping adults facing a wide variety of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address family dynamics, destructive behavioral patterns, and other personal challenges, ensuring that each plan is tailored to the unique needs of the client.

• Conduct thorough remote assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs, leveraging diagnostic tools and methodologies to craft effective treatment strategies.

• Utilize advanced teletherapy techniques to foster a supportive environment, encouraging clients and their families to develop constructive coping skills and strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults who are experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges, including those with co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in New York State.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges, including individual and group therapy.

• Proficiency in using technology, specifically video-conferencing software, to deliver telehealth services effectively; prior telemedicine experience is highly desirable.

• A comprehensive understanding of the principles, methodologies, and procedures involved in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating mental health issues.
