Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to gather pertinent information and establish a baseline for treatment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and strategies to track progress.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback during sessions.
\n
• Document all interactions and outcomes in accordance with ethical guidelines and maintain meticulous records required by the state.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in mental health counseling.

• Engage with peers in case consultations and collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing the therapeutic approach within the center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population ranges from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
