This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while delivering care through a secure telehealth platform. You will work during regular business hours, specifically Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a work-life balance that supports your personal well-being. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific client needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to improve care quality and adhere to best practices.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering understanding and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
