Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will encompass various critical responsibilities, including:

• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs and aspirations of each client.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that target addiction issues, trauma recovery, and associated mental health challenges.

• Regularly monitoring and evaluating client progress throughout their rehabilitation, with the flexibility to adapt treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience providing mental health support, ideally in a rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
