Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify addiction issues and co-occurring disorders, crafting an individualized treatment approach for each client.

• Develop and implement customized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's goals and circumstances, ensuring that they are relevant and applicable to their journey.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on issues related to addiction and the underlying mental health challenges the clients face.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with adults facing addiction challenges alongside co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their recovery path, providing them with personal strategies and insights needed for success. Understanding the unique backgrounds and challenges of each client will enable you to tailor your approach to their specific needs, maximizing positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• At least three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, particularly in addiction rehabilitation.
