Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and tailor individualized therapeutic strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, in individual, group, and family settings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide clients with a comprehensive support network, leveraging diverse clinical perspectives for optimal outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, addressing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n
