Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while participating in a supportive, collaborative virtual team environment. Structured work hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs. Telehealth sessions are conducted using secure platforms that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate individual, couple, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and mutual support around common struggles.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergency mental health situations, demonstrating quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

Qualifications\n

• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
