Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth model that provides flexibility while meeting the needs of a diverse client population. You will engage with clients through secure digital platforms, allowing for meaningful interactions without geographical limitations. The work schedule aligns with normal business hours, operating from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health, focusing on symptoms related to mood disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their individual needs and treatment goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care to empower them in their mental health journey.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on feedback and performance, ensuring responsive care delivery.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment protocols, complying with confidentiality and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and team meetings, to refine clinical skills and promote best practices.

• Advocate for clients within the mental health system to promote understanding and decrease stigma associated with mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents affected by mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your work will have a meaningful impact as you guide clients through their recovery journey, facilitating coping strategies and building their resilience against mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly therapies effective for mood disorders.

• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and an ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and medical professionals is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with clients from varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

MindPath Care Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
