Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to inform treatment planning.

• Implement personalized therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs using a variety of evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and provide ongoing evaluation of their progress throughout the therapeutic process, ensuring treatment remains relevant and effective.

• Deliver teletherapy sessions to clients, ensuring a seamless and engaging therapeutic experience that accommodates varying schedules and individual preferences.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and peer consultations to discuss cases, share insights, and ensure a high level of care within the practice.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
