Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with various levels of experience, individuals with a background in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or specific therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) will find a particular synergy with our mission. Experience in outpatient settings and comfortable use of teletherapy technology is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
