This position offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth work setting, enabling licensed clinicians to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our practice operates from Monday through Saturday, allowing therapists to create and manage their own schedules within those days. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and small groups, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health needs and background.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and utilize appropriate graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Engage in effective communication with interdisciplinary teams regarding assessment insights, treatment strategies, and progress through detailed documentation and collaborative meetings such as patient rounds.

• Exhibit proficiency in addressing the multifaceted needs of patients, including psychosocial, educational, and safety issues, with a focus on ethical and culturally competent care.

• Provide case management services that entail liaising with community resources and healthcare providers to optimize client-centered services.

• Document cases and interventions accurately and ethically in accordance with departmental expectations.

• Employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques alongside other evidence-based modalities to assist clients in fulfilling their individualized service plans.

Our therapeutic services cater to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
