Work Environment\n

This role operates in a remote setting, providing flexibility while ensuring high-quality patient care. Your work environment will involve electronic health records (EHR) systems for managing patient documentation and billing accurately. Staff members work Monday through Friday, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing structured interviews, standardized assessments, and clinical observations to identify each patient's unique needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive and individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered approaches.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups focusing on topics like coping skills, stress management, and recovery strategies for substance use.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, facilitating case consultations as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention services and therapeutic support to patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies by following established protocols.
\n
• Stay informed on mental health trends, research, and advancements to continuously inform treatment strategies and enhance patient outcomes.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions, contributing insights and sharing best practices for effective patient care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Knowledge of a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic strategies.

• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for diverse populations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
