Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, create clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop actionable treatment plans.

• Provide personalized therapy sessions, including individual, couple, family, and group counseling using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or other relevant modalities tailored to each client's goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional stabilization.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with federal regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with healthcare team members, sharing insights and recommendations to refine treatment approaches and improve client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid mental health license as a therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) from the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
