Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their unique mental health needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

• Engage in ongoing communication with healthcare staff and interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and updates on treatment progress during meetings and patient rounds.

• Provide case management services for assigned clients, coordinating care with other professionals and community organizations to enhance patient support.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of case documentation, accurately reflecting assessments and treatment interventions in line with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing care primarily to adults, adolescents, and families facing a wide array of mental health issues. Your role may involve working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health conditions. As a therapist, you will play an essential role in guiding clients toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• An undergraduate degree in a relevant mental health field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
