Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients to establish their treatment needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to address mental health issues during virtual therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to not only enhance patient understanding but also foster community among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that each patient receives holistic and multidisciplinary care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support to patients during moments of acute distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, the therapy process, and available resources to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Proven expertise in understanding mental health disorders and familiarity with various treatment modalities.
