Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be expected to:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, crafting comprehensive clinical diagnoses to inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions suited to the unique needs of clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate modalities.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy while creating a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages open communication.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
