Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their insights and unique goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitor and document clients' progress towards treatment goals through detailed record-keeping and follow-up assessments.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Provide families with education and support to enhance their understanding and involvement in their loved ones’ recovery processes.

• Stay informed about new developments in the mental health field to continually refine your skills and provide innovative treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily encompass a diverse clientele comprising individuals and families facing a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. You will provide culturally competent care, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths that every client brings to the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Possession of a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Commitment to ethical practice, maintaining client confidentiality, and continuous professional growth.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse array of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
