Working remotely as part of our telehealth team, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions, conducting therapy in a flexible yet structured environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions as part of an 8-week evidence-based behavioral health program, addressing various mental health challenges and helping patients build actionable skills.

• Regularly monitor participant progress through detailed follow-up communications and generate comprehensive care coordination recommendations.
\n
• Document session notes meticulously to ensure compliance with company standards and HIPAA regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Contribute actively to clinical team meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
\n
• Identify high-risk participants and apply appropriate safety protocols while ensuring that clients receive the timely interventions they need.

• Assist patients in navigating community resources, obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms, and facilitating their access to additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working directly with individuals facing a range of mental health issues. By leveraging structured, evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will help patients develop healthy coping mechanisms and foster long-term emotional wellness. Patients will range from adolescents to adults, each requiring personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A consistent and reliable work schedule to ensure timely support for patients.

• Proven clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based approaches including CBT and DBT.

• Demonstrated commitment to impacting lives positively and improving the future of mental health care.

• Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy, showing your capability of working efficiently in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth platforms or online therapy sessions is highly desired. Familiarity with care coordination and resource navigation will be advantageous, as will a strong ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. • Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
