Key Responsibilities\n

• Build rapport and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Manage a caseload by conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, address stability, and plan for future appointments.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor tailored treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each client’s journey.

• Execute intake assessments to identify client needs and goals effectively.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and work collaboratively during individual supervision sessions.

• Partner with other healthcare providers to create holistic treatment approaches for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
