Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients’ mental health status, creating a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop, implement, and consistently revise personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ wellbeing goals, ensuring effective interventions and progress tracking.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based techniques and a solution-focused approach tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to deliver high-quality remote therapy sessions, fostering meaningful connections and therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing your expertise to provide immediate support and resources during critical situations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current on mental health best practices and techniques, thereby enhancing the quality of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who present a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other behavioral concerns. Our client base values a personalized approach to therapy, and your role will involve fostering a compassionate and understanding environment that encourages healing and growth. You will have the opportunity to build a diverse caseload, receiving unlimited referrals to support the establishment of your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their unique experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective case management and scheduling.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
