Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, focusing on symptoms related to mood disorders and interpersonal challenges.

• Develop, implement, and adapt personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs and aspirations, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage clients and their families in education about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress through goal-oriented sessions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to clinical feedback.

• Collaborate with an integrated care team including psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in therapy methods to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes.

• Document client interactions and maintain detailed, confidential records in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
