Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mood disorders, including interviews designed to evaluate the intensity and impact of their symptoms.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address specific mood-related challenges.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Seaside Counseling and Assessment, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your clients will vary from those struggling with long-term mental health issues to those facing situational challenges. Special groups may include individuals from marginalized populations, such as homelessness, refugees, or victims of domestic abuse. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and helping clients navigate their therapeutic journey with compassion and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $70,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
