Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and crisis interventions, providing comprehensive assessments that inform treatment planning.

• Document all clinical interactions and assessments accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in weekly clinical supervision sessions with the Clinical Supervisor to discuss cases, enhance skills, and reflect on therapeutic practices.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for patient care based on assessment findings.

• Coordinate with Reentry Social Workers for discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients returning to the community.
\n
• Oversee and mentor social work interns or student volunteers as assigned, promoting their development and integration into the therapeutic process.

• Contribute to statistical reporting and program evaluations, helping to assess the impact of therapeutic interventions on patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with children and adolescents, with a broader scope that includes families facing various mental health challenges. Understanding the unique dynamics of family systems, you will be instrumental in facilitating communication, improving relational dynamics, and providing supportive therapy to assist clients in coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in the state of California.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
