Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families based on client needs, utilizing a range of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems theory.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ relational dynamics and mental health needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Facilitate counseling sessions aimed at improving communication skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution strategies among clients.

• Effectively manage crisis situations by providing immediate support and interventions to ensure client safety and emotional stability.
\n
• Document and maintain meticulous, confidential client records that reflect treatment progress, including progress notes and re-evaluations in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Advise and educate clients on vital relationship skills, coping mechanisms, and resources for enhancing their emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists and healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of each client.

• Engage in continued professional development and training to stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing marital discord, families navigating transition periods, and clients dealing with behavioral health issues such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience providing therapy as a licensed LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
