Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and identify family dynamics that impact emotional well-being.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.

• Work collaboratively with clients to formulate and adjust treatment goals while monitoring progress and providing feedback in a supportive manner.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring clients receive the appropriate support and resources during critical times.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure accountability and professional integrity.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education in emerging therapeutic practices and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide care to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing various concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Omada Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
