This position allows you to work from home while engaging with clients through teletherapy and in-person sessions at our outpatient clinic in El Paso, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose and assess the clients' needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain complete clinical documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in alignment with clinic policies.

• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring each client feels heard and supported in their journey.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with other team members to enhance our community outreach efforts.

• Employ innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that assist clients in achieving and surpassing their mental wellness goals.

• Facilitate coordination of services among case managers, families, and other health professionals to optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Village Behavioral Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our clients come to us seeking support for a range of issues, including relationship dynamics, trauma, family conflict, and mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
