Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, evaluating patients' trauma histories to ensure appropriate treatment pathways are identified.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered around trauma recovery, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care that addresses the diverse needs of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring that patients have access to immediate help during trauma-related emergencies.

• Offer education to patients and their families regarding trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions in line with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development related to trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
