Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while accessing a diverse client base. We operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your work-life balance needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and identify appropriate treatment methodologies tailored to individual needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and the development of resilience strategies.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), enhancing the clients' coping mechanisms.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through the processing of trauma, the development of coping strategies, and nurturing pathways towards healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to safeguard the well-being of clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available supportive resources to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards; ensure updates are completed promptly, ideally within 24 hours.

• Engage in regular case consultations and professional development activities, staying current with the latest research and best practices in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 yearly, with guaranteed pay increases and potential bonus opportunities.
