Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, with the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth. Our operational hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your personal lifestyle while serving our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand your clients’ backgrounds and identify appropriate treatment paths.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery that reflect empathy and understanding.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist clients in processing their trauma.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing, foster coping strategies, and encourage self-efficacy.
\n
• Engaging in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic treatment for all clients.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating your ability to remain calm under high stress.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses and available resources to foster informed recovery.
\n
• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical documentation in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings focused on trauma-informed care best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients who are navigating the impacts of trauma. They may include individuals experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders resulting from traumatic experiences. Our practice provides a “motivated” patient population, which supports your therapeutic efforts and professional satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• A current and valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates who have:

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in trauma-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
