Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to address each client’s specific needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform personalized treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in accordance with state regulations and best practice standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in mental health therapy, ensuring client confidentiality and safety at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to continually enhance your skills and expertise in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, particularly those grappling with anxiety disorders and trauma-related issues. Understanding the unique cultural, social, and emotional contexts of your clients will be key to providing effective and meaningful therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for documenting sessions and interacting effectively with clients and team members.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress assessments.

• Ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship while demonstrating empathy and respect for diverse lifestyles and backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
