Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse caseload of youth clients while establishing rapport, maintaining ethical boundaries, and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, address challenges, and plan future appointments or discharges when clinically appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that reflect the client's needs and objectives.

• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate client records, ensuring timely updates in line with clinic protocols.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information and understand the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare providers to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in regular supervision sessions to discuss client cases, reflect on practices, and develop professionally.

• Upholding a growth mindset, embracing feedback, and actively participating in training or educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on youth, particularly children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues. Our patient demographic includes those facing emotional challenges, behavioral disorders, and trauma histories. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
