Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status to identify needs and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique situations and therapeutic objectives.

• Provide engaging group and individual counseling sessions tailored to the specific needs of youth and adults.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Create and maintain detailed intake records, therapy notes, and progress documentation in compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Participate in team meetings for case discussion, coaching, and peer support.
\n
• Provide 24-hour supervision and monitoring of therapeutic activities when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active LPC license to practice in Oregon.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a counseling role, including supervisor-guided practice.

• Strong knowledge of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, along with the ability to create effective treatment plans for varied conditions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
