Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate individual and couples therapy through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a supportive and comfortable environment for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that focus on their specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure confidentiality and continuity of care.

• Participate in case consultations and team training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care and support for clients navigating various aspects of their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be interacting with a diverse client base, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field with a focus on mental health.

• An active LPC license in the state of Tennessee; candidates eligible for licensure within 90 days will also be considered.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing individual or relational counseling in various settings.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently while managing a remote caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, along with a range of benefits that support your well-being and professional growth.
