The Individual and Family Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential mental health services through a telehealth platform, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while working remotely from the comfort of your home. The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Our flexible hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, accommodating diverse client schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' history and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans concentrating on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and coping strategies.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions that support clients in processing their traumatic experiences and fostering healing.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring your clients receive timely support.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development related to trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach toward clients.

• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong knowledge foundations in trauma-focused therapies. Experience in delivering interventions such as EMDR and TF-CBT will be considered an asset.
