Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Ser Mejor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and developing tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.
\n
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Staying current with the latest developments in the mental health field by engaging in professional development and attending relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. We are particularly focused on providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Tennessee.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
