Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of youth clients while establishing strong rapport and professional relationships in line with ethical guidelines.

• Schedule regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and appropriately coordinate discharge planning.

• Develop, execute, and assess individualized treatment plans that prioritize each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Document all client interactions through up-to-date progress notes and treatment summaries to track therapeutic progress effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, ensuring an accurate understanding of their mental health needs.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to youth populations.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to discuss cases and enhance clinical skills while promoting ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 65,000 and 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
