Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients with varying needs, ensuring positive and ethical relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess individual progress, evaluate stability, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans in partnership with clients, adapting as necessary based on their ongoing feedback and progress.

• Maintain comprehensive electronic records, including accurate progress notes and any necessary documentation related to the treatment process.

• Perform intake assessments for new clients to determine their specific mental health needs and appropriate levels of care.

• Facilitate a target number of individual therapy sessions each week using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to engage in reflective practice and continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations, particularly in youth-focused settings.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
