Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients by establishing rapport and building trust through consistent communication while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and treatment effectiveness, planning for discharge as necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continually review and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring these align with their short-term and long-term mental health goals.

• Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, using electronic health record systems to streamline information management.
\n
• Perform initial intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance professional competence and ensure best practices in treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

This role is particularly focused on supporting youth clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
