Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, maintaining ethical, nurturing, and professional relationships that encourage open communication and trust.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, address any challenges, and plan for future appointments, including assessing readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individual, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Complete and maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment evaluations in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their therapy and treatment needs.
\n
• Deliver a specified number of individual therapy sessions per week, consistently applying therapeutic techniques and strategies.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions focused on professional development and enhancing counseling skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care that prioritizes client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing support, guidance, and therapy to younger individuals navigating complex emotional challenges and mental health issues. This includes working with youth experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, and offering them the tools to cope and thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for internal processes in clinical settings.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in mental health, specifically working with psychiatric patients or substance-abuse populations.

• Experience in administering assessments and diagnoses, as well as providing both individual and group therapy.

• Basic computer skills, including email proficiency and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
