Our hours of operation range from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing you with flexibility in scheduling client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Liberty Healthcare & Youth Services, you will undertake various responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to their individual needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including group and family therapy, ensuring an inclusive approach that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects ethical practice.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals across disciplines to enhance comprehensive client care, including regular participation in case reviews and consultations.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development workshops to remain informed of the latest advancements and research in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
