Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients from wherever you feel most productive. You will utilize telehealth technologies to conduct sessions, which requires you to be comfortable with digital communication tools and platforms. Your work hours are set from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a structured schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Communication with colleagues and supervisors will be facilitated through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that accurately reflect their individual needs and aspirations.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Regularly monitor and document the progress of clients toward their established treatment goals using electronic health record (EHR) systems, making necessary adjustments to care plans as clients evolve.

• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, implementing de-escalation strategies, and formulating safety plans to ensure their immediate well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and local community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, which may include referrals for additional services as needed.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical regulations, and uphold informed consent standards throughout the treatment process.

Our clients represent a diverse spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions, from adolescents to adults. As an LPC, you will engage with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages clients to openly share their experiences and work towards positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and active LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) License in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in working with diverse populations and mental health issues.

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment strategies, treatment planning, and a variety of psychotherapeutic methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
