Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions remotely, adapting communication techniques for various ages and backgrounds.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and needs.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to effectively address and manage clients' mental health issues.

• Document session notes and treatment progress accurately in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Foster a non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic relationship, guiding clients to discover insights and coping mechanisms suited to their individual circumstances.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops to stay current on mental health trends and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children, adolescents, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and behavioral issues. You will develop strong therapeutic alliances to empower clients, ensuring that they feel safe, respected, and understood throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with children and families in a clinical or therapeutic setting, demonstrating your ability to foster growth and healing.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
\n
• A commitment to delivering inclusive, culturally competent care that respects diversity in all its forms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms and EHR systems preferred, enabling seamless client interaction and documentation.

• Background in crisis intervention and effective crisis management strategies to ensure client safety and support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
