Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating a schedule that prioritizes work-life balance. You will be engaged in a collaborative virtual environment, receiving ongoing support and supervision to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients while cultivating rapport and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Document client interactions and progress notes comprehensively and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients and formulate initial treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that best serve the client’s objectives.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance your skills and receive constructive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth platforms for individual counseling sessions and documentation.

• Demonstrable experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Tomorrows offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, reflective of your experience and contributions to the organization. In addition, our employees are part of a fee-for-service model, which allows for guaranteed rates, received in advance of collections—ensuring no delays in reimbursement.
