Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Cozy Nest Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in outpatient settings, effectively managing a caseload of clients.

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or an equivalent credential.

• Strong general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing processes related to mental health documentation.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding of clients' experiences and feelings, creating a non-judgmental space for healing.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with experience in specialized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care are preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices will also be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
