Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate client histories and needs, effectively outlining personalized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate client healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions designed to empower clients in processing trauma, developing coping skills, and fostering emotional wellbeing.

• Collaborate extensively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, integrated care tailored to each client's needs.
