As a remote-based clinician, you will enjoy the flexibility of setting your schedule while maintaining a strong connection with our team. Our operating hours span from 7 am to 10 pm seven days a week, enabling you to offer services that accommodate various client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions that facilitate processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and fostering healing.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
