This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering care to those in need. However, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients face-to-face in our Berkeley outpatient office, providing the best of both worlds. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, enabling a structured routine aimed at maximizing both productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Engage regularly with patients, facilitating open discussions to fully understand their struggles and experiences while diagnosing mental health disorders.

• Develop coping strategies and provide therapy interventions to assist patients in managing their trauma-related challenges.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans as required to ensure the best possible care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who have experienced trauma injuries, ranging from accidents to emotional and psychological distress. You will address a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related disorders, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each patient’s needs. Your role is instrumental in reshaping their lives and empowering them to rebuild and move forward from their experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and aligned with industry standards.
