Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive and trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate patients' trauma histories and inform tailored treatment plans.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment strategies focused on trauma recovery, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and promote healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated care, sharing insights, and coordinating treatment strategies to enhance patient outcomes.

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients have access to timely care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package between USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits include:
