Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare detailed progress notes monthly and quarterly, documenting the patient’s journey and any adjustments made to treatment plans.

• Organize training sessions that enable staff to stay current with program plans and documentation practices.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and home visits to adapt to the evolving needs of individuals.

• Maintain thorough records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality for all involved parties.

• Serve as a liaison with the public and within the mental health community to promote collective growth and development goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
