Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate and effective support to clients during mental health crises, employing crisis intervention strategies.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Utilize a variety of diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques to assess and identify potential mental health conditions.
\n
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring thorough follow-up care and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, social workers, and community organizations to create a robust support network for clients, coordinating care to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Engage in regular supervision and continuous professional development to stay current with evolving treatment methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with clients of all ages who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your capacity to connect with a diverse clientele will be vital in fostering therapeutic relationships and promoting positive outcomes. In this role, you'll help empower individuals to achieve greater emotional stability and resilience through effective counseling interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
